Jo Malone Sugar & Spice

Hello lovely´s!

You must think that i am a crazy cologne addict and partially thats true :-).  My addiction to Jo malone is a little critical i would say :-) Every time they bring out a new scent i am blown of my feet by how amazing and unique they smell!
Jo Malone exceeded all my expectations and created a wonderful limited edition which makes you feel like you are having some afternoon tea with the Queen! The fragrances are so well put together and the whole idea behind it is just excellent!

During my resent trip to London i spoiled myself and got 4 of the 5 Limited Edition colognes!
I initally wanted them all but the only one i didn´t love immediately was Lemon Tart, so i skipped it!
Redcurrant & Cream
"A summer pudding. Sharp-scarlet juices of redcurrants, lush strawberries and raspberries, rippling through creamy musk. Vivacious and enticing."
The most sweet and girly scent of the 4. Very much like a berry milkshake or ice cream, with a very heavy

Elderflower & Gooseberry
"A voluptuous gooseberry fool. Crushed, summer-green gooseberries, juicy with lychee, enfolded into the soft delicacy of elderflower. Tender and feminine."

A very feminine scent indeed! I would say it is a bit stronger than Ginger Biscuit and more on the flowery side. The elderflower also makes it a very classic and elegant smell.

Ginger Biscuit
"Just-baked biscuit. Spiced with ginger, nutmeg and cinnamon, melting into caramel. Butter-crumbly with roasted hazelnuts. Warmed by tonka bean and vanilla. Irresistible."

Fresh baked biscuits describes it perfectly! This is probably the yummiest smell. It is very warm and calm scent. The ginger adds the little extra to it which makes it an even more interesting smell. It is such a lovely delicate sent i could sniff on it the whole day.

Bitter Orange & Chocolate
"The bite of bitter orange, layered with dark chocolate. Orange peel counterpoised with warm, powdery cocoa, milky coconut and coumarin. Sumptuous and addictive."
It instantly remined me of those dried oranges covered with chocolate i used to love so much as a child. I would say it is the stronges scent out of the 4, a very strong chocolate note. For me this would be more of a nighttime cologne because it has this dark/oriental flair to it.

What do you think of that collection? Already got yourself one of the scents?
Have a lovely day!

February Favourites!

Hello lovely´s!

I know i am not very consistent with monthly favourites but that is just because i don´t have new favourite pieces every month and i think it is more than boring to see the same over and over again. This month, whatsoever, i have wonderful new favourites!
So lets take a look!
YSL Touche Eclat Foundation: Is this foundation overprices? Yes!!! Does it leave you with flaweless Skin? Yes!!! A classic tie!:-) Which is for beauty nerds like me a reson to purchase it! Ha!
It has medium coverage but i like to sheer it out by applying it with the Beauty Blender. Even without primer it has a great staying powder and the finish is gorgeous dewy but not oily looking at the same time. It serves my dry skin very well but i have also oily skinned girls say that is works just fine with them! It you are looking for a highend foundation i highly recommend checking it out! It has the same wear-feeling than my beloved Chanel Vitalumiere Aqua but gives more coverage!
Maybelline "The Rocket" Mascara: I was really stunned by the brush itself: Huge  brushhead with tiny bristles which helps you to get ever single lash coated. I find it to have more of a lengthening effect to my lashes than a volumizing, but the endresult is fantastic!
I personally like to use a max. of 2 coats, i feel like this mascara isn´t very forgiving when it comes to wipping on more and more coats because it may transfer to your skin... The formulation does a great job in keeping the curl up all day long and i had no problems with smudging or clumping (note: I only use 1-2 coats!)!

Caudalie Hand and Nail Cream I was very surprised when the pharmacy lady gifted me this full size (75ml) hand cream with another caudalie purchase i did, but i was very happy when i had my fist "sniff" on it ;-). If you are familiar with Origis Vit-a-mins nightcream this smells exactly like it! It has shea butter, grape seed oil, avocado and sweet orange in it but the all over scent is definitely the orange! It doesn´t only smell great is also nourishes my dry cracky winter hands perfectly without leavng a greasy film on my hands! The formulation is very light weight and distributes easily on your skin!
Maybelline Colour Tattoo in Pink Gold: Since "On an On Bronze" is my holy grail product i was on the hunt for this beautiful rose tone and i found it at Müller (not on the main display, somewhere at the very edge of the store....very strange). It is more frosty than the Color Tattoos in the permanent range but when it comes to lasting power it does the same great job! For me this is a wonderful every day shade!
I really hope that they will release more colours in europe soon...!

MAC MSF Stereo Rose: I don´t like to hype up limited products but those of you who own Stereo Rose know how mesmerising this skinfinish is! It is the icing on the cake, the extra something that finishes your look up like no other! I just love it and i wore it almost every day since i got it! Swatched it in *this* post.
Caudalie Cream Cleanser: I already raved about it in *this* post and gosh it is such a brilliant cleanser! It so incredible smooth and harmonizes very well with my dry/sensitive skin.
Sally Hansen Polish Ruby Do
Actually my very first Sally Hansen polishes i bought at Müller but it instantly found a place in my heart. I think the colour selection and  is amazing and the spring collection especially is cute as a button!
What did you love in february?Let me know!

CLARINS BB Skin Perfecting Cream

Hello Lovely´s!

Long time no post-i know and i am deeply sorry! I have been utterly busy at work but now its time for a blogpost about something new in my collection.
I am a huge lover of BB Creams and Tinted Moisturizers because of their natural finish and high wear comfort. Like always i got myself a mini sample size to try out, and at first i was a bit sceptical....but lets start at the beginning:
The BB Skin Perfecting Cream is actually my very first Clarins product, for some reason that brand never caught my eye! Of course when they released the BB cream i was first in line to get it :-). 45ml retail for 32,95€.
I got the colour 2 medium and when i first swatched it, i thought it would be way too dark, but applied, somehow, it managed to blend in very nicely. My biggest concern was that i would oxidies but that didn´t happen luckily. What i really love is that it washes out the pores making the skin look seamless!
I noticed immediately that it has more coverage than all my other BB Creams/Tinted moisturizers-i didn´t expect it to be so strong at all! I would dare to say it is even light-medium coverage, definitely stronger than Chanel Vitalumiere Aqua!  It is not too dewy or matt looking, for me the perfect inbetween. It gives you a little bit of a sunkissed look which i like a lot!
The formulation is nice an liquidy, not too runny, i prefere to appy it with a stippling brush rather than with my fingers, which gives a wonderful result (almost airbrushed!)
It also has an SPF of 25 which is nice but definitely not enough for summertime...
I didn´t use powder on top because i was afraid it would enhance the dry parts on my skin but even without powder it stayed on pretty well.

The bad part is definitely the colour range, only 3 shades...even though it does a good job in blending, either very pale or dark skinned girls won´t be happy with it!
I personally don´t like the scent but that is just because i like my face products to smell neutral.

Over all i am highly impressed with this BB Cream, if you have the chance i would definitely recommend you to check it out! It works with my normal/dry skin giving me a perfect natural finish! I also compared my other BB Creams/Tinted maisturizers in *this* post!

What is your favourite BB cream? Did you try the Clarins one? What are your thoughts on it?

My Jo Malone Collection

Hello lovely´s!
My story with Jo Malone started with...Lilly from Lillith Dark Tower who did a post about her march favourites in 2012, where she wrote about the scent Red Roses....well, thats how i got hooked on it!
The first time I went to the Jo Malone counter at Douglas on Kärnterstrasse (Douglas on Getreidegasse in Sazburg also carries Jo Malone!) i was overwhealmed! The whole display, the packaging and the idea behind it stunned me deeply. It is so tastefull and elegant combined with a fine feminine flaire! I spent about an hour (no joke) at the counter trying out the different scnets and combinations. My very first purchase was Orange Blossom...and it started from there :-).
It must be sayed that Jo Malone is more on the upper price side so i tend to write them on my wishlist for special occasions.
You can get their fragrances either in 30ml or 100ml containers, i like to get the smaller sizes and mix them up because i just love wearing different scents every day.
So now lets take a look at my collection:

"A shimmering garden oasis. Clementine flower sparkles over a heart of orange blossom and water lily, with warm undertones of orris and balsamic vetiver. This scent is a pure delight."
For me an all time summer classic! If you enjoy fresh citrusy scents this is a great choice for you! It is very light not too strong and an instant "wake me up" because of its freshness!

Blue Agave & Cacao
"The rhythm of Latin music -- sexy, edgy and persuasive. Fresh limes and zesty grapefruit dance over a heart of blue agava flower. Sea salt cuts through the primitive rawness of cacao to reveal the sensuality of vetiver, cinnamon and musk. A provocative fragrance."
This smell won my heart by instant! On my skin the cacao really come throu and i just love the warm chocolate note it gives me. At the moment this is definitely my favourite, especially at nighttime it is a real "nosecatcher"! Every time i wear this scent i get asked what it is even the guys at my office are delighted by the scent :-)!

Red Roses
"The essence of modern romance. A voluptuous blend of seven of the world's most exquisite roses. With crushed violet leaves and a hint of lemon, it unfolds like a bouquet of freshly cut flowers. A surprisingly clean and sheer fragrance."
For me the most romantic feminine smell of them all. Innocent floral with a touch of sexy vamp- thats how i would describe it!:-)
I am pretty positive that this is the one scent that suits every women (perfect to send out your boyfriend/husband to get it for valentines day!:-))

Nectarine Blossom & Honey
"London's Covent Garden early morning market. Succulent nectarine, peach and cassis and delicate spring flowers melt into the note of acacia honey. A sweet and delightfully playful fragrance."
Simalar to Orange Blossom, i personally can´t recongise the honey undertones. It is a nice addition to any other secents i find that this one is particullary easy to mix with the other fragrances because it blend in very nicely!

Wild Bluebell
"Vibrant sapphire blooms in a shaded woodland. The delicate sweetness of dewy bluebells suffused with lily of the valley and eglantine, and a luscious twist of persimmon. A mesmerising fragrance."
I would like to use my boyfriend quote on that because i think it describes the scnet perfectly: " Thats is how a fairy would smell!" How cute is that!?:-) But it brings it to the point, a very light fragile odor!
English Pear & Freesia
"The essence of autumn. The sensuous freshness of just-ripe pears is wrapped in a bouquet of white freesias, and mellowed by amber, patchouli and woods. A luscious and golden scent."
A very noble scent, which truly makes you feel like a british lady sipping tea at an exclusive garden party! I think this is the most "grown up" perfume in my collection.
I am going London in march and i am super excited to visit the original Jo Malone store! I am pretty sure i will pamper myself with a new scent there!;-)

Do you know Jo Malone? Which are your favourite scents?
Have a nice weekend!

Rocking Party Parrot...

Hello lovely´s!
If you follow me on Instagram and Twitter you might have already seen that i treated myself with a new lipstick :-)! The Mac Strengh Collection was released and all i could think of was to get Party Parrot which i missed to get with the Iris Apfel Collection (in January 2012).
When i swatched it in the store i wasn´t sure if i should get it or not because at first it looked exactly like Impassioned which is in the permanent range! Party Parrot has a hint more red in it and is a little darker so i grabbed it. I love the matt finish even though i am more of an amplified finish girl!
Last summer i discovered my passion for bright "neonish" lip colours and i enjoy wearing them ever since! Believe me, i was sceptical at first because it is so into your face, but i can only repeat myself when i say: Don´t care, put on whatever you love!
Party Parrot is a nice and fun addition to my "summer brights" and for me it is a statement piece which means you don´t need a ton of other colour on your face, just a bit mascara and you are good to go!
Do you own Party Parrot? What is your go to lipcolour for spring?
Don´t forget to take your chance and win MAC Stereo Rose Mineralize Skinfinish!!!
Have a great day!

Caudalie-the Good and the Bad...

Hello lovely´s!

Last week i went to the pharmacy  to get some aspirin and i was pleasantly surprised when i saw a Cauldalie display in the corner of the shop!
Of course i couldn´t resist and even the enormous price didn´t keep me from getting 2 of their products!
The Eau de Beaute (Beauty Elexir) had to be mine for sure and i was drawn to the Gentle Cleanser as well, so i left the pharmacy with 50€ less i my pocket and went home filled with excitement for the new products i got!
Because the Eau the Beaute Beauty Elexir (their best selling product!) was so hyped i expected it to be "the bomb" ansd as soon as i sprayed it on my face!
......in a nutshell: I don´t like it !!! And for that price (32€) i almost start to cry!
The scent just freaks me out, it doesn´t make me feel comfortable at all and the minty/mentol on my skin makes me wanna wash it off immediately! That´s a shame because i am a big fan of spritz ons! I love my rosewater and i really like my Body Shop Vitamin E Spray.
Another "downside" is that i don´t feel or see any benefits, my skin doesn´t look refreshed or soft and i can´t even use it to wet my brushes to apply makeup because it just ruines every foundation it mixes with!
So unfortunately no Eau de Beaute for me!!!
The Gentle Cleanser (Cleansing Lotion) is a whole other story! It is basicly the most amazing thing! I have never had such a smooth and fine lotion and in combination with the clearsonic it works miracles! Removes my makeup, cleans and revitalises my skin and leaves me with a fresh feeling face and that is a miracle!
I think you kind of get the vibe....I just love it so much!
I really want to try the Divine Oil because it sounds amazing!Did anyone of you guys already try it?
Did you try any Claudalie products yet???
Did you like the Eau de Beaute Beauty Elexir? Let me know!

Butter London Gobsmacked

Hello lovely´s!

When i first applied Butter londons Gobsmacked i didn´t really know if i should love or hate it. I have never felt comfortable wearing black nailpolish but within the second i put the nailpolish remover on a cotton pad i took a closer look and fell in love!
It is just this beautiful blackend base with fine silver glitter that looks so edgy yet elegant at the same time!

You definitely need 2 coats to get the perfect result but with my two favourite nail basics from Essie it last a whole week without chipping!
Of course it is a pain to get off but i think it looks just amazing!

What do you think? Too goth looking???

Invisaline Update

Hello lovely´s!

In this post i promised you to take you with me on my journy to straight teeth! :-) Initially i wanted to make a weekly update but somehow i was not seeing results that fast so there was no significant progress to show you. So i decided to write an update every time i think it is worth showing!:-)

I am wearing my invisaline for 5 month now, chancing every 2 weeks to a new set which brings me closer to my "end result".

The first month of wearing my retainers was hard....i can tell you it was kind of life changing!
Basicly you have to wear the aligner trays 22 hours a day only pulling them out when you eat or do dental hygiene. This changed the way i eat because inbetween snacks become a no go!
Eating out also became a little difficult because you always need to carry a toothbrush to brush your teeth after you ate and taking the trays out in public is a little grose.
Don´t get me wrong it changed my life when it comes to eating habbits but not in the worst way. I try to eat 3 bigger meals a day and stopped snacking which made me lose 6 kg over the last 5 month (yeayyy!!!).

To be honest i didn´t have any problems with my teeth hurting, on the contrary my teeth had become healthier because i brush them 3 times a day! When you change your aligner tray to a new pair there is a little bit of tention but nothing earth shattering!

The biggest plus i have to note is that they are almost invisible! People didn´t notice unless i told them, which is brilliant!

My teeth have become so much straighter and i am excited every time i change my retainers because i know there are more positive changes to come. I have 8 month to go, which is a small price to pay when i see the amazing effects.
For me, it was definitely worth to invest in Invisaline even though it is very pricy! It costs about a thrid more than normal braces but the price varies a lot depending on your individual teeth malposition.

Do you have any experiance with braces in general, what do you think of the Invisible braces?
Have an awesome day!

DIY Face Mask for Radiant Skin!

Hello lovely´s

I am one of the biggest DIY fans on earth :-), especially when it comes to beauty stuff. Face- and hairmasks are totally up my alley and i have tried pretty much all recipies that fly around the internet ;-).

One of my favourite youtube-girls Farah introduced me to this face mask and i am obsessed with it ever since. I like it because it is so simple to make, you don´t need a dozent products and it has such an immediante positive effect on the skin!

All you need is
  • Honey (doesn´t matter what type), 1 big spoon! Honey doesn´t just taste yummy, it also offers incredible antiseptic, antioxidant and cleansing properties for our body and health!
  • 1 Pomegranate The pomegranate is high in vitamins and antioxidants.Various studies suggest that pomegranate juice and/or pomegranate extract helps support the immune system and promote healthy blood circulation.
  • Blender
That is it! I like to make a little more and store it in the fridge for some days. Usually i use this mask 2 times a week.
The tricky part is to get the seeds out of the pomegranate, i suggest cutting it in half and tap with a spoon at the back of the fruit this works surprisingly well! Once you got all the seeds out give them a quick wash, put them into the blender and add your honey! Blend it well for about a minute until it all transfers together. Don´t wonder you will be left with a rather chunky end result.

After you have cleansed your skin distribute the mask all over your face (watch out it will be a little runny!). Leave it on for about 10-15 minutes, relax and feel all the good ingredients that pamper your face!

After you left it sit on your face for a while rinse it off with luke warm water. I promise you´ll see immedate result and your skin will "glow". I just love this mask and i am excited to hear if you like it too!

Let me know if you like it on Instagram @dropdeadbeauti & Twitter @Kdropdeadbeauty!

REN´s Jojoba Microbeas Purifying Facial Polish

Hello lovely´s,

About 3 weeks ago i ordered REN´s Jojoba Microbeas Purifying Facial Polish from Zalando. Since Ren has a great reputation when it comes to skincare i needed to see for myself if it lives up to that.

I first got to know REN 2 years ago when i went to London. The hotel i was staying at had this cute little shampoos, conditioners and shower gels. I liked it but it didn´t blew me off out of my socks.

Getting more interested in their skincare i found out that REN´s philosophy is pretty cool!

They say

We use only 100% plant and mineral derived actives and is free from skin-unfriendly synthetic ingredients *.
* REN is free from synthetic fragrance, mineral oil, petrolatum, sulfate detergents, synthetic colours, animal ingredients and parabens. In addition, REN products do not contain potential irritants including: glycols and diglycols (such as propylene glycol), PEG's, PPGs, urea, D.E.A, T.E.A, PABA and other synthetic sunscreens, aliphatic alcohols/hydrocarbons, phthalates, fumarates, amines, alkanolamines, synthetic AHAs/BHAs, polyacrylamide, metacrylate, elastomer, poloxamer, styrene, vinyl, polyquaternium, synthetic chelating agents, nylon, nitriles, nitrates, nitrosamine releasers, bromates, fluor, aluminum and alumina et al.

We believe that the texture, fragrance and experience of using REN can make the world a slightly nicer place to be and make us feel slightly nicer being here.
Since its launch in 2000 REN has become a cult favourite amongst beauty editors and consumers and is now available in department stores, pharmacies and spas in over 50 countries around the world.

Ingredients:
Salvia Officinalis (Sage) Leaf Water, Hydrogenated Jojoba Oil, Glyceryl Stearate, Cetearyl Glucoside, Cetearyl Alcohol, Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, Phenoxyethanol, Juniperus Communis Fruit Oil, Mentha Piperita (Peppermint) Oil, Limonene, Sodium Hydroxymethylglycinate, Citric Acid, Tocopherol.

My thoughts

First off i looove peeling! I just like the feeling of scrubbing off dead skin :-) but harsh chunks of particles that "hurt" my face are an absolute no go.! I like using a peeling twice a week, using a peeling every day is definitely not good for you.
  • The micro beads in REN´s peeling are gentle and do a wonderful job in removing dead skin cells! It is a very smooth cream that also cools and refreshes the face leaving you with a radiant new squeaky clean complexion!
  • It has no significant fragrance, which i like.
  • A big thank you for the package: I am a huge fan of pumps, it makes dosage so much easier and you don´t waste any product!
I must say i am very satisfied with this product! I love the combination of effective peeling and gentle cream cleanser. I used Origins Modern Friction before and this one is definitely the better choice if you are more sensitive skinned! I know that 35€/150 ml isn´t exactly a bargain but it does amazing work in keeping my skin smooth and healthy looking, so i guess its worth it (at least for me:-))

What is your favourite peeling?

2012 Beauty Favourites!

Hello lovely´s!

I have a feeling that 2013 is going to be a great year, even though i started it sickly! I have started to enjoy blogging again and i have so many new ideas that i would like to share with you! I am so thankfull for over 120 followers!!! It still makes my heart jump every time i notice a new follower and interacting with people from all over the world makes this little journey even more fun!
2012 i discovered a lot of new products that i really love and i started concentrating more on organic skincare as well as organic food. I also decided to skip drugstore le´s and save my money for my highend wishlist ;-) clever me!
When i started to pick out the products i got a little carried away because i ended up with over 40 products :-) but i was able to cut it down to a sane amount!:-)
So this is my roundup for 2012!!!

Beauty/Skincare

Rosehip Oil/ Seriously, where has this product been all my life!? Sometimes the simple things are the best-thats how i feel about this 100% pure oil!I use it twice a week instead of nightcream and it benefits my skin so much!
Kora Soothing Day and Night Cream/ Balances my skin perfectly and makes it look radiant and fresh. I love to think of all the great natural ingredients when i put it on my skin, thats a little freakish i know!:-) It has only a tiny bit left which makes me very sad because KORA isn´t available in stores here in austria so i have to order it online from australia!
Chanel Vitalumiere Aqua/ The most lightweight "ting" i ever put on my skin! It only gives light-light medium coverage but it looks just so natural and feels like you are wearing nothing! Acutually i got 2 a lither on for wintertime (Nr. 20) and a darker shade (nr. 40) which i was weaaring pretty much all summer long!

Benefit Watts Up Highlighter/ This was the year of cream products for me. This highlighter screams my name it is a warm champagne colour that adds the most beautiful sheen! It doesn´t look too glittery or greasy-just the perfect highlight for me!

Maybelline Colour Tattoo On and on Bronze/ I wore it almost every day, no joke! Another proofe of my lazyness but it just stays on like like a dream and the colour is drop dead gorgeous! It is pretty on its own but it also works wonders as an eyeshadow base. I have to say i even love it more than my MAC paint pots and they are a lot cheaper as well!

Benefit They´re Real! Mascara/ Another Benefit product that i got a lot of use out of this year. I partually tried other mascaras which i also liked but i alays came back to it! It isn´t necessarily the most voluminous mascara for a dramatical look but it makes stunning natural looking lashes and holds up the curl! It doesn´t smudge or clump and because of the rounded brushhead you can get into every corner and coat every single lash without ruining your makeup!

MAC Quad: Satin Taupe, Nylon, All that Glitters, Shale/ My go to palette for 3 month straight! You can do so many looks with these 4 colours and they are also nicely pigmented. Espeacilly in Nylon i discovered a great inner corner colour. It brightend up that area so nicely making your eyes pop!
Clinique Quickliner for eyes/ I got so much use out of it that there is only about 1 mm left! I am definitely going to repurchase it because it is buttery when you apply it, easy to blend/smuge out but it also lasts the whole day without giving me racoon eyes! It is also great for the waterline.
Dior Nude Tan Bronzer 003 Cinnamon/ This is one of my most beautiful and exquisite products and i absolutely adore it! I definitely found my favourite bronzing powder in this. It has a bit of sparkle when you look at the product in the container but applied it has more of a matt finish. I love contouring with it as well and because of the warm soft shade it never looks unnatural or over the top! It is damn expensive but it is amazing quality and i would purchase it again!
Guerlain Meteorites Compact Powder in 02 Teint BeigeGreat powder to set your foundation espeacially if you are dry skinned! I wore it about 7 month straight and there is still not the slightes hole in it :-) I am very corious when i will hit pan on this baby!:-)
The Original Beauty Blender/ Seriously thinking about getting a second one because i use the beauty blender daily and washing it everytime is so exhausting :-). I use it for most of my foundations and it is great for working in concealer! It creates the most natural and flaweless result even with not to great foundations! i also tried out to blend out cream blush with it and it looked fantastic!

YSL Glossy Stain in Corail Fauve/ Because YSL is extremely pricy i though a lot about getting it but when i finally did i wore it like crazy.  They apply like a lipgloss and stay on like no other! I also got it in the colour Rouge Gouache which i a vivid red!

Revlon Lip Butter in Candy Apple/ Easy breezy light red colour and i just adore the formulation of the lip butters-the name gives it away-very soft, smooth buttery. I have to get more of them when i am going to London!

Hair

I used a lot of new products on my hair this year and i am always really picky what to treat my hair with. because i have rather fine but long hair i need something volumizing but also something that nourishes my hairtips!
Kiehl´s Strengthening and Hydrating Hair Oil-In-Cream /I didn´t really plan to get this one but it needed a leave in treatement i i stood at the Kiel´s counter so i grabbed it. Great i did because i am so in love with it! You only need a pea size (for shoulder long hair) amount and work it into the tips and into the lenght of your hair. It moisturizes my hair wonderfully leaving it smooth, silky and healthy!
Paul Mitchell Lemon Sage Thickening Shampoo/ Usually i don´t go for salone shampoo but when my hairdresser used it on me i was so blown away by the result i just had to get it! It is from the Tea Tree collection i hink and it does wonders to my hair. It lifts the roots making my hair look voluminous and soft. It has a nice relaxing herbal scent and it feel like it removes any build from my hairroots!

Fragrance

2012 i fell in love with Jo! Jo Malone completely crushed my world! Those scents are so pure, rich and clean at the same time. My signature smell this year was definitely Orange Blossom. Oh gosh even thinking about the scent makes me smile :-). Unfortunately you can get Jo Malone only at selected Douglas stores here in Austria (Douglas House of Beauty Wien, Kärntnerstrasse/ Douglas Salzburg, Getreidegasse)

Nails

Butter London Slapper/ This colour was my go to colour this spring and summer for obvious reasons 1.) Pretty turquoise 2.)Opaque and very long staying power!
Butter London Rosie Lee/ I will never be too old for glitter polish :-)! That is what i told my boyfriend  when he looked at my nails and asked about my age :-). You can either wear it alsone or as a topcoat which will give your look that special something!
Essie Watermelon/ It is plain to see that  Essie and Butter london won my heart this year ! This is probably my favourite colour of all times it is such a fun bright pinky peach, more on the magenta side if you ask me :-)
THE END!
Let me know about your loves in 2012! Did you try out a lot of new stuff or didd you reihntroduce you to old goodies?
